Easter Seals Adult Day Services program was developed to preserve the independence and enhance the quality of life of participants and their caregivers. Our staff strives to meet your loved one's physical, social and emotional needs in a safe, homelike setting. Our medically-based program uses individual plans of care to provide a variety of health, social, recreational and therapeutic activities, supervision, support services, and personal care.

You do not have to be alone in caring for a loved one with a disability or frail health.

When you select Easter Seals Adult Day Services to be your partner in caregiving, your loved one will benefit from a secure, caring environment that provides:

Care you can count on

The medically-based, state licensed adult day services program provides three levels of care based on the individual needs of your loved one. A medical professional from our staff will meet with you and your loved one to determine the level of care required. All admissions will be based upon our staff's ability to meet the potential participant's identified needs.  We are a CARF (Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation
Facilities) accrediated agency. 

Transportation is available on a limited basis within the I-465 loop at an extra cost for full-day participants.

Easter Seals Adult Day Services are available on a full-day or half-day basis, Monday-Friday, 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.
