Employment Services Representative
This full-time position assists individuals with disabilities in securing employment which includes teaching job seeking skills, career development, job development and employment relationship building in the community.
Requirements Bachelor’s degree REQUIRED. Degrees such as Marketing, Public Relations, Psychology, Sociology, Human Resources are encouraged to apply. Experience with persons with disabilities preferred, but not required. Please include salary requirement. This position is not a Human Resources related position.
Speech Language Pathologist
Minimum Requirements: Indiana licensure required. CFY candidates considered. Clear driving record. Self motivated and strong organizational skills. We are currently seeking full-time, part-time and PRN Speech Language Pathologists to join our collaborative team environment. These SLP staff persons will provide services to children with special needs in early intervention, over three and outpatient services. CFY candidates will be considered.
We currently have three available Speech Pathology position options:

PRN - Immediate openings, various settings. Afternoons approximately 3pm until 7pm. -
Full-time position. This position will serve Early Intervention (Community based) and Over Three (Facility based) children. -
Full-time position. This position will provide services to children in school settings. Requirements Indiana licensure required.
Occupational Therapist Practioner (OTR/COTA)
Minimum Requirements: CDRS preferred, one to three years of progressive experience as an OT practitioner is required. Full & part-time positions available. . Non-Occupational Therapy Practitioners with CDRS Credential will be considered.
We are seeking an Occupational Therapist Practitioner (OTR/COTA) for our Driver Education & Training Program. This is an exciting opportunity to join the state's largest and most well-respected driving program for persons with disabilities.
Parents' Night Out Care Provider
Minimum Requirements: This position is responsible for maintaining a safe, healthy environment for children with disabilities ages 6 months to 12 years old during our Parent’s Night Out evenings. Responsibilities include facilitating activities, managing behaviors, preparing snacks and maintaining cleanliness. High school degree or equivalent required. Must be able to read/understand and implement activities and programs. Also requires the ability to build rapport with children, families, co-workers and volunteers. Previous experience in early childhood programs preferred, but not required. CPR/First Aid certifications preferred; TB test and limited criminal history check required. This position will be approximately 5 hours per week; nights and locations may vary.
